To get y'all started, here's some of the questions and answers from our past Q&A session from the news page.

Q: If you could go back and change one thing in your life, what would it be?
A: I don’t believe in trying to change the past. The fact is, we are all put here to do something really unique that only we can do and you take something away from yourself and who you’ve grown to be when you don’t search out the valuable lessons of the darker corners of your experiences. Have I always been happy with the results of things in my life? Of course not! But I have to ask myself, "Would I even recognize who I am if I changed any of those things?" Probably not and how sad not "to know thy self"!

Q: What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A: What DIDN’T I want to be?! An Underwater Archeologist, Egyptologist (I even learned how to read a fair amount of hieroglyphics), Marine Biologist, Teacher, Author, (of course a world traveling singer in a hot band), painter, the owner of a No-Kill ranch for abused and abandoned animals...yes I could continue, I never limited my creative choices to just one. Whatever I did, I wanted it to be fulfilling, full of excitement, challenging and somehow make a difference in the lives of those around me. May ambition never fail me!

Q: If you could move anywhere and take someone with you where would it be and who would you take?
A: Nashville, Tennesse and you’re all coming with me!!!

Q: What was your first thought when the alarm went off this morning?
A: Where’s the gun?

Q: What was your last thought before going to sleep last night?
A: Am I EVER going to finish writing this song?

Q: What was the last book you read?
A: Well, I usually use the "flip through" method these days, but I actually finished a book called "The Chestnut Soldier" [by Jenny Nimmo] last week with the "read the entire thing" method. A friend recommended I read it and it really was worth the read!

Q: Would you rather get up early or sleep in?
A: Is this a trick question? I am a musician you know. Does the world revolve before noon?

Q: Have you ever watched three movies in a row?
A: I’m a movie marathon-er from way back! Who can resist a movie night with buttered popcorn and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy in the DVD Boxed set?! Or better yet, "The Pirates of the Caribbean" trilogy...mmm...Johnny Depp!

Q: Do you have any posters on your walls?
A: I have a poster of a Phoenix on my living room wall. I’ve always liked legends and mythical things and a phoenix is such a powerful representation of what we are all capable of! I find it very inspirational.

Q: What are you listening to right now?
A: If you know anything about me, I bet you could guess...no? Keith Urban’s CD "Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy Thing"...LOVE it!

Q: What is one thing you have learned this year?
A: I am capable of more than I give myself credit for when push comes to shove.

Q: Are you from a small town?
A: Do they come any smaller? I spent a great deal of my growing up years on an island of 450 year round residents where the only way to reach the mainland was to take a boat or fly on a small plane and it was an amazing experience. You learn so much about people, life and what the meaning of community is really meant to be when you grow up waving to everyone who drives by on your way to town! There are times I really miss the island, but I haven’t made it back since I graduated. Maybe it’s time for a road trip?!

Q: If you had the chance, would you move to another country?
A: Though I would NEVER give up my status as a US Citizen and I’m sure I would retire back here in the US of A (I love my country), I would love the experience of living overseas for a spell. I have often daydreamed Australia, Ireland, Scotland and recently I thought it might be charming to have a little English cottage to visit on holiday!

Q: Where did you last go on vacation?
A: To Disneyland with my mom and my son. I got to see everything I wanted to see, including seeing my son having the time of his life, running around the park in a pirate Mickey Mouse hat and carrying a Captain Jack Sparrow sword! Good times!

Q: What song(s) do you sing most often in the shower?
A: Usually the newest one I’m working on writing! Why stop for mundane activities like doing the dishes or showering?
